Pizza. The 1988 film “Mystic Pizza” was based on this pizza shop in Mystic. The
film is about the coming of age of waitresses at Mystic Pizza. The shop began
in 1973 and it became so popular that it was noticed by Hollywood. The walls of
the shop are covered with pictures with the movie.
You cannot go to Mystic and not
visit this interesting pizza shop.
It is an experience you will
remember. You will enjoy the friendliness of the waitresses who still wear the
Slice-of-Heaven t-shirts.
